CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA FALL FAMILY SESSION

Seriously—how can you beat fall on the East Coast? After moving from Colorado, I’m constantly amazed by how long fall lasts here. The colors linger, the air is crisp, and the weather is perfect. Last fall, I had the sweetest pleasure of photographing the Sipala family in Chester, Pennsylvania as they prepare to welcome their new baby arriving in January. (I never thought that I would say I am a Chester Pennsylvania family photographer!) We were blessed with a full bluebird day—sunny skies, warm light, and the kind of autumn glow that makes every photo feel soft and nostalgic. We took these at Okehocking Preserve.

And as unpredictable as family sessions with little ones can be… I truly love them. The movement, the giggles, the big emotions, the cuddles in between—it’s all part of the story.
